Azura Hotel

Cheap clean rooms close walk to the beach.

Lots of construction everywhere. It's super loud at 7am.

Great staff. Free breakfast would have been a great addition but I was already happy with the price and the balcony room. Also very quiet although near big road.

Close to the beach and all the bars and restaurants.

Getting a bit dated.

Hotel located near the beach entrance, close to many restaurants, convenience stores. Balcony is a plus for such area. Beach areas are mostly walkable distance.

Cleanliness can be improved, bathroom water spray are almost broken. Washroom with glass see through from the room, need to take a consideration for some people

STAFF, LOCATION

Bed, AC, doors

Good location. Friendly staff. Good wifi

No windows, no tivi channels.

Amazing location, just a 2 minute walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and a mall. Room was basic but had everything we needed during our stay.

The staff and owners were so helpful and friendly. My room was clean and my bed was very comfortable. In general, if they painted the walls and changed the carpet on the stairs, they could very easily add a star to their rating.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing! A few minutes walk to the beach, vincom plaza, cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Super clean and comfortable room. Great location near beach and restaurants. Friendly staff and excellent value.

- Near the beach- Balcony- Comfortable beds- Very good value for money- Convenience store just outside- Near restaurants and street food

- Plumbing was leaking a bit in the bathroom

Hotel was clean, rooms pretty

The entrance is barricaded with motorcycles

Location is the only pro of this hotel, very close to the beach, like most of the hotels in Nha Trang.

I don’t know how this hotel can be rated 9 stars as we spent 2 sleepless nights. Noise is the main problem, rooms are not soundproof and you can hear noise from other rooms/floors and street. Some guests were partying in the evening, night and early morning, they had very loud music that could be heard in the whole palace, were drinking and smoking in the corridors. There’s no control at all in this hotel, no policy, guests can do whatever they want especially at night when there’s no staff at the reception. When we arrived the room had also strong smell of cigarettes and mold.

The location is very convenient especially it is surrounded with many shops and restaurants.

Hope the bathroom will have more privacy especially when staying with friends, the curtain is too short to cover the entire glass wall.

Room cleaning arrived everyday.

The lie.The main photo is a lie. Shame on you. Hotel is surrounded by the larger buildings and simply cannot have any sea views. The exterior photo also does not reflect the true situation. The area is heavily built now and hotel is squeezed between other buildings, even making it not possible to recognize by photo.Staff does not speak any English.Cheapest room has no window (it has a hole in the wall leading to the public corridor) and we were relocated to the room with window for extra charge.Instead of triple room we were provided twin room with two queen size (narrow) beds. It was not acceptable and we had to insist and argue to get the tripple room (1 king bed + 1 queen bed). Our family was provided rooms in the last floor with no lift. But when I insisted that in such case staff will have to carry our 10 pieces of luggage by themselves, they immediately provided us different rooms on the floor with lift.

Really helpful staff, clean room, good location

Loads of toiletries but no hand soap so needed to use shampoo?

Location was superb, exceptionally clean room.

Noisy neighbours in the room next to us every night until gone midnight

This hotel is an excellent choice! It's located in a great spot, making it convenient for exploring the area. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for a comfortable and affordable stay!

Very good experience all round. Quality and value for money. Central location to restaurants cafes and convenience stores. Polite helpful staff.

If anyone could find anything to complain about their opinion can be taken with a grain of salt. ???

Clean. Comfortable beds. Not noisy. Big washroom. Friendly cleaners and receptionist

The blankets are very thin and not warm enough. Sometimes the tv is not working
